Delivery fee

Our standard delivery fee is R50 per order within our normal South African delivery area, shown at checkout.

Collection — free

Prefer to collect? At checkout choose Pickup instead of Ship, then select either George or Bloemfontein. Collection is free, so no delivery fee is added.

The collection address is shown at checkout and in your confirmation email. We'll message you as soon as your order is packed and ready, so please wait for that message before coming to collect.

Dispatch times

Ready-to-ship items are generally dispatched within approximately 1-3 working days of your order being placed.

Custom, personalised, or made-to-order products take approximately 7-14 working days before dispatch, unless a different timeframe is shown on the relevant product page. If you're unsure about a specific item's timeframe, feel free to ask us at heidi@handgelaat.co.za before ordering.

Tracking your order

We use trusted courier partners. Once your order has been dispatched, we'll send you a tracking number so you can follow your parcel on its way to you.

Courier delivery

Once dispatched, courier delivery will generally take approximately 3-6 working days, depending on your location and courier conditions at the time. Most orders therefore arrive within approximately 4-9 working days of being placed. These are estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates.

Damaged parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible, preferably within 48 hours of delivery, with photographs if you can. This helps us act quickly on claims with our courier partners. This 48-hour request is there to help us help you quickly - it does not remove any statutory consumer right you have to report a problem with your order.

Afleweringsfooi

Ons standaard afleweringsfooi is R50 per bestelling binne ons normale Suid-Afrikaanse afleweringsgebied, soos by die betaalpunt gewys word.

Self kom haal — gratis

Wil jy eerder self kom haal? Kies by die betaalpunt Pickup in plaas van Ship, en kies dan George of Bloemfontein. Self kom haal is gratis, dus word geen afleweringsfooi bygevoeg nie.

Die adres word by die betaalpunt en in jou bevestigings-e-pos gewys. Ons stuur jou 'n boodskap sodra jou bestelling gepak en gereed is — wag asseblief vir daardie boodskap voordat jy kom haal.

Versendingstye

Items wat gereed is om te versend, word gewoonlik binne ongeveer 1-3 werksdae ná jou bestelling uitgestuur.

Spesiaal-gemaakte, gepersonaliseerde of op-bestelling-gemaakte produkte neem ongeveer 7-14 werksdae voor versending, tensy 'n ander tydraamwerk op die betrokke produkbladsy gewys word. Indien jy onseker is oor 'n spesifieke item se tydraamwerk, vra ons gerus by heidi@handgelaat.co.za voor jy bestel.

Volg jou bestelling

Ons gebruik betroubare koeriervennote. Sodra jou bestelling versend is, stuur ons vir jou 'n opsporingsnommer sodat jy jou pakkie kan volg op pad na jou toe.

Koerieraflewering

Sodra dit versend is, neem koerieraflewering gewoonlik ongeveer 3-6 werksdae, afhangend van jou ligging en koeriertoestande op daardie tydstip. Die meeste bestellings kom dus binne ongeveer 4-9 werksdae ná plasing aan. Dit is skattings en nie gewaarborgde afleweringsdatums nie.

Beskadigde pakkies

Indien jou pakkie beskadig aankom, kontak ons asseblief so gou moontlik, verkieslik binne 48 uur ná aflewering, met foto's indien jy kan. Dit help ons om vinnig met eise by ons koeriervennote op te tree. Hierdie 48-uur-versoek is daar om ons te help om jou vinnig te help - dit verwyder nie enige statutêre verbruikersreg wat jy het om 'n probleem met jou bestelling aan te meld nie.
