At Handgelaat, we work with our hands and our hearts. Around
90% of our items are ready to ship within 2–5 business days.
When it takes longer:
Custom or out-of-stock items may take 5–15 business days
before dispatch.
The Journey to You:
We use trusted couriers. Once dispatched, you’ll receive a
tracking number.
Delivery Time:
Delivery typically takes 2–5 business days, depending on your
location.
Damaged Items:
Any damage must be reported within 48 hours with photos so we
can resolve it promptly.
Returns & Exchanges
Important:
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under South African
consumer law.
No change-of-mind refunds:
We do not offer cash refunds for change-of-mind purchases. We
will gladly provide an exchange or store voucher.
Defective or incorrect items:
If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will repair,
replace, or refund it in accordance with applicable law.
Exchanges:
Must be requested within 7 days
Item must be unused and in original condition
Courier costs for exchanges are for the customer’s account
Personalised items:
Custom or engraved items cannot be returned or exchanged,
unless defective.
Sale items:
Sale items are final and cannot be exchanged.
